To embed your Youtube videos you dont need to get the youtube embed link!
When you post your message look at all the functionalitys: Your gonna see a button that looks like a movie strip,right next to a flash symbol.
You have to simply click it and then copy your Youtube video URL in the textbox, not the YT code, but the entire URL from the http:// on
